Ever wondered what to do when you are angry? First is how do you know when you are angry, what to do in Kit Kat, think about your happy place then how to know when you are calm.

You know you are angry when you feel hot and when you punch something or someone .

When you are in Kit Kat, you flip the timer you stare out the  window or at the wall



Your happy place may be a bed is my bed warmer than an oven softer than cotton my bed is my happy place nothing can beat.



Your happy place may be a rugby field,
